HS Roof Kool & Seal is a fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane, impregnated with nano-fibre. The product is specially formulated with PU-Acrylic Hybrid Polymer and is meant for a dual effect of waterproofing & heat reduction.

For self-priming coats use with 50% potable water. For waterproofing coats use undiluted. Apply with hard brush/roller. Period between coats 3 to 6 hours.
