HS Roof Kool & Seal is a fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane, impregnated with nano-fibre. The product is specially formulated with PU-Acrylic Hybrid Polymer and is meant for a dual effect of waterproofing & heat reduction.

1) Single component, user friendly waterborne

product – brushable or suitable for roller application

2) Self-Priming Can be used as primer on dilution with water as recommended

3) Remarkable resistance towards ingression of water

4) Strong adhesion to masonry surfaces, breathable coating

5) Elongates with substrates to prevent cracking up to 2-3 mm

6) Suitable for foot traffic on roof area

7) Outstanding whiteness after curing reflects heat, providing cooling effect on the construction

8) Reduces carbon dioxide and chloride ion diffusion thus

protecting rebars against corrosion

For self-priming coats use with 50% potable water. For waterproofing coats use undiluted. Apply with hard brush/roller. Period between coats 3 to 6 hours.
