HS Wall Shield 2K is a two-component acrylic polymer modified white cement based waterproof slurry coatinG consisting of water insoluble crystalline micro structure which acts by deep penetration within the interstices of cementitious matrix. The product is for vertical application on concrete & plaster surfaces. It can be used for both positive and negative side waterproofing due to its excellent resistance to hydrostatic pressure and also its outstanding bonding.
2) In case of bare concrete/plaster the same product can be used as primer on dilution with water
3) Remarkable resistance towards positive and negative hydrostatic pressure up to 5 bar
4) Excellent adhesion with concrete, natural/artificial stone and with WB paint for top coat
5) The semi-rigid coating is water proof and hence damp proof as well

Usage Instructions
On bare concrete/plaster: Primer Coat [Liquid: Powder: Water = 1: 2: 1 (by weight)]. One coat of primer to be applied on substrate by brush at a coverage rate of around 25 ft2/kg. Allow complete drying prior to application of the next coat. Waterproof Coat [Liquid: Powder = 1: 2 (by
weight)]. Apply one slurry coat of the mixed material at a rate of around 20 ft2/kg/coat over the primer by hard masonry brush. Further topcoat to be applied after overnight drying at the same rate.
On white cemented or putty applied plaster: Waterproof Coat [Liquid: Powder = 1: 2 (by weight)]. Apply one slurry coat of the mixed material at a rate of around 20 ft2/kg/coat over the surface by hard masonry brush.
Further topcoat can be applied after overnight drying. Consumption of HS Wall Shield 2K is dependent on the substrate roughness, surface profile, thickness of the layer applied, nature of brush, efficiency of the applicator
etc. The treated area should be protected from direct sunlight and to be damp cured by covering with damp hessian or similar system.
