Dholera may not become a perfect city. No city does. But it represents a serious attempt to rethink how Indian cities are built.


If it achieves even 70 percent of its goals, it will still outperform most urban developments.


The future rarely arrives exactly as planned. But sometimes, planning well gives it a fighting chance.
