- Heat a skillet and add butter or oil
- Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green peas, and capsicum
- Sprinkle Everest Pav Bhaji Masala 50Gm as per taste
- Mash the vegetables and sauté until well-cooked
- Serve hot with buttered buns or Pav
- For best results, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lime.
