Return Policy

1. Unboxing Video Requirement: An
unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange or return requests. Please ensure
you record the entire unboxing process to avoid any discrepancies.

2. Conditions for
Exchange/Replacement
: Exchange
or replacement requests will be accepted only if the product has manufacturing
defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. Items for exchange must be
unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached

initiate an exchange or replacement request within 24 hours of receiving your
order. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect,
so we can resolve the 
issue promptly.4. Quality Check for
Exchanges
 :All
items returned for exchange will undergo a quality check to confirm they are
unused, unwashed, and have their original tags intact. Exchanges will be
processed only after passing this inspection. If the dresses are found to be
used or washed, they will be returned to the customer and the customer will be
responsible for the delivery fee.
5. Sale Items :We do
not accept returns or exchanges for sale or clearance items.
6. Complete Item Returns Only :We only
accept returns of complete items. Sets, multi-packs, and combos cannot be
partially returned.

How to
Initiate a Return/Replacement Request :To
initiate a return or replacement, contact our customer support team via
WhatsApp at 8072003033 or email at customercarecoosandkisses@gmail.com within
24 hours of receiving your order.
8. Tracking Returns :We will
initiate the return within 1 working day once we received the Product. You can
track the status of your return through the ‘Return Status Tracking’ page on
your account dashboard
9. For Size Issues :Please
review the size chart provided for each product before placing your order. We
do not offer refunds or exchanges for size issues. However, if you encounter
any size-related problems (not matching with respect to the size chart), please
notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You may return the product to our
address, and we will send a replacement once the original item is received in
good condition along with an unboxing video

Orders :We do
not accept returns or replacements for international orders. Customs duties for
international shipping are the responsibility of the customer
11. Colour VariationsWhile
we strive to offer products as shown in images, slight variations in fabric
colour may occur due to lighting or display differences.
