Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies exclusively to purchases made on Anuradha Tour Travels's storefront. Anuradha Tour Travels is solely responsible for all returns, exchanges, and refunds. Vyaparify has no liability in this regard.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted when the product received is damaged or defective, the wrong product is delivered, or the product is significantly different from the storefront description. Used, washed, altered, perishable, digital, final-sale, non-returnable, or incomplete items may not be eligible.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at Badboyabhay77@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting photographs if applicable. We will review the request within 7 business days and confirm approval or rejection. If approved, we may arrange reverse pickup where available or request self-shipping to our return address. Product should be packed securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

3. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate eligible refunds within 7 business days. Online payments are refunded to the original payment source, usually within 7 to 15 business days after initiation. Original shipping charges and COD handling charges may be non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered for eligible items such as size or colour variants, subject to availability. Exchanges are dispatched only after we receive and inspect the original product.

5. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If an order arrives visibly damaged, customers should refuse delivery where possible and record the damage with the courier. We will verify the claim with our logistics partner and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Anuradha Tour Travels is solely responsible for such claims; Vyaparify bears no liability for transit issues.

6. Fraudulent Return Claims

We may reject return or refund requests where fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, product switching, or repeated abuse of the policy is detected.

Shipping Policy

Anuradha Tour Travels is solely responsible for all shipping and delivery operations on this storefront. Vyaparify provides logistics integration technology but bears no responsibility for shipment timelines, delivery failures, or damage in transit.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, after payment confirmation. Customers receive a confirmation message or email once the order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

Local or same-city delivery may take 1 to 3 business days.

Metro city delivery may take 3 to 5 business days.

Rest-of-India delivery may take 5 to 7 business days

Remote / J&K / North-East locations may take 7 to 12 business days.

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak season, natural events, or incomplete address details.

3. Pincode Serviceability

We ship to pincodes serviceable by our courier or logistics partners. At checkout, customers may verify whether their pincode is serviceable.

4. Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, customers receive tracking details by email or message, where available. Customer can track shipment on https://id.vyaparify.com/anuradhatravels or contact us for updates.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Cash on Delivery

COD may be available on selected products. Any COD convenience fee will be shown at checkout. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.
