Some local deliveries may not have tracking but will be coordinated by our delivery team.

5. Delivery Attempts

Couriers make 1–2 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, extra charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Packaging & Handling

Products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Heavy items (cement, steel, pipes, power tools, etc.) are packed and delivered safely.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order on delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours with pictures/video for verification.

We will assist with replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

9. Restrictions

Some items may not be deliverable to all locations due to size, weight, or courier restrictions (e.g., bulky construction items, flammable goods, liquids, etc.).

Heavy construction materials (cement, sand, bricks, steel)

Electrical components once installed or used

Tools or machines showing misuse, wear, or damage after delivery

Products without original packaging or invoice
