These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Mahadev 99 store - Plastic and Crockery Wholesaler ("Merchant", "we", "us") and customers who browse or purchase from our online storefront. By placing an order, you accept these Terms. Our storefront is hosted on Vyaparify, which acts only as a technology provider and bears no liability for merchant orders, payments, or disputes.

An order confirmation email or message constitutes acceptance of your purchase offer. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud. Customers may request cancellation via email before dispatch. For shipped orders, cancellations are not accepted, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
Payments may be processed through available payment gateway options such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other enabled modes. We do not store card or UPI credentials. Payment failures are handled by the payment gateway and customer bank timelines. We are solely responsible for resolving payment-related issues on orders placed on our storefront. Vyaparify has no role in payment processing or dispute resolution.
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on logistics partners after dispatch. We are responsible for shipping and delivery, while Vyaparify is not liable for delays, damage, or non-delivery.
Storefront content including product images, descriptions, logos, and branding is owned by or licensed to Mahadev 99 store - Plastic and Crockery Wholesaler and may not be reused without written consent.
Customers must not place fraudulent or speculative orders, use bots or scraping tools, impersonate others, provide false information, or use the storefront for unlawful purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any purchase-related claim shall not exceed the order value paid for the relevant product. Vyaparify bears no liability for product quality, delivery, payments, or merchant conduct.
These Terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the courts at Laksar. Parties should first attempt amicable resolution within 30 days of written notice.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our storefront after changes constitutes acceptance.
