YOG SILVER is solely responsible for all shipping and delivery operations on this storefront. Vyaparify provides logistics integration technology but bears no responsibility for shipment timelines, delivery failures, or damage in transit.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, after payment confirmation. Customers receive a confirmation message or email once the order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

Local or same-city delivery may take 1 to 3 business days.

Metro city delivery may take 3 to 5 business days.

Rest-of-India delivery may take 5 to 7 business days

Remote / J&K / North-East locations may take 7 to 12 business days.

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak season, natural events, or incomplete address details.

3. Pincode Serviceability

We ship to pincodes serviceable by our courier or logistics partners. At checkout, customers may verify whether their pincode is serviceable.

4. Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, customers receive tracking details by email or message, where available. Customer can track shipment on https://id.vyaparify.com/online-yog-silver or contact us for updates.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Cash on Delivery

COD may be available on selected products. Any COD convenience fee will be shown at checkout. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.
