You may disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your Vyaparify dashboard or via Instagram's Settings → Apps and Websites, after which we stop collecting this data.

We use the collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including delivering the functionality and features you request, responding to your inquiries or support requests, and personalizing your user experience.

We may use your personal information to communicate with you, provide updates, newsletters, and marketing materials related to our Service, respond to your comments or questions, seek feedback, and notify you about changes to our terms and policies.

By providing your phone number or other contact details, you consent to receive promotional and personalized marketing communications from Vyaparify via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the message or by contacting us directly. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply. Transactional or service-related communications may continue where necessary to provide our services.

To generate blog articles from your Instagram posts, post captions and media may be processed by third-party AI service providers acting as our data processors. These providers process the content solely to generate blog drafts on your behalf, are contractually bound to confidentiality, and do not use your content to train their models or for any independent purpose.

Disconnecting Vyaparify from Instagram's Settings → Apps and Websites will also invalidate our access and trigger deletion of your access token.

Our Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us, and we will take appropriate measures to delete the information.
