Return & Exchange Policy


1. Overview At Rocks Development, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Certain items, including like perishable goods, custom-made products, or intimate apparel, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.


3. Return Process To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team at support@vyaparify.com to request a return authorization.

Securely pack the item and include the return authorization slip.

Ship the item to our return address: Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India.

Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 2 business days to the original payment method.


4. Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and specify the replacement item you desire.

Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

A new item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.


5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund processing time may vary based on your payment provider.


6. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.


8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.

Once an order is shipped, it must go through the return process.
