2. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their enquiry or communication request at any time by contacting us through email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation of property bookings, site visits, or agreements must be handled directly with the respective developer or seller.

RFX – REAL ESTATE FAIR EXPO is not responsible for cancellation terms set by developers, builders, or third-party partners.

3. Refund Policy

For Users / Buyers

RFX – REAL ESTATE FAIR EXPO does not collect property booking amounts or investment funds unless explicitly stated.

Any payments made directly to developers or third parties are not eligible for refunds through RFX.

Refunds related to property bookings are subject to the refund policy of the respective developer or seller.

For Developers / Partners

Payments made towards digital marketing services, promotions, listings, or lead generation are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

In case of duplicate leads or technical errors, adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of RFX – REAL ESTATE FAIR EXPO.

4. No Guarantee of Sales or Conversions

RFX – REAL ESTATE FAIR EXPO provides marketing exposure and lead generation services only.

We do not guarantee sales, bookings, returns on investment, or specific results, and hence refunds cannot be claimed on this basis.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed only under exceptional circumstances such as:

Duplicate payment

Technical errors resulting in incorrect billing

All such requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
