All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of a high order volume or stock unavailability, processing may take longer. We will notify you promptly via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery across India.

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (depending on your location)

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available for select areas)

> Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or local restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹50 – ₹100 (based on order weight and delivery location)

Express Shipping: extra charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

All shipping costs will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

You can use this ID to track your shipment on our courier partner’s website until delivery.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

If you want to confirm whether we deliver to your area, please contact our support team before placing an order.

6. Delays or Delivery Issues

While we do our best to deliver on time, certain factors may cause delays (e.g., lockdowns, festivals, natural disasters, or courier issues).

If your order is delayed or undelivered, please contact us at satyashreefashion@gmail.com  and we’ll assist you right away.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Satyashree Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the courier.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

9. Product has been recieved from our end, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 days.
