These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Shri Guru Kripa Tent House ("Merchant", "we", "us") and customers who browse or purchase from our online storefront. By placing an order, you accept these Terms. Our storefront is hosted on Vyaparify, which acts only as a technology provider and bears no liability for merchant orders, payments, or disputes.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. We may modify prices, discontinue products, limit quantities, or run promotions at our discretion.

3. Ordering Process

An order confirmation email or message constitutes acceptance of your purchase offer. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud. Customers may request cancellation via email before dispatch. For shipped orders, cancellations are not accepted, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Payment Terms

Payments may be processed through available payment gateway options such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other enabled modes. We do not store card or UPI credentials. Payment failures are handled by the payment gateway and customer bank timelines. We are solely responsible for resolving payment-related issues on orders placed on our storefront. Vyaparify has no role in payment processing or dispute resolution.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on logistics partners after dispatch. We are responsible for shipping and delivery, while Vyaparify is not liable for delays, damage, or non-delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Storefront content including product images, descriptions, logos, and branding is owned by or licensed to Shri Guru Kripa Tent House and may not be reused without written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

Customers must not place fraudulent or speculative orders, use bots or scraping tools, impersonate others, provide false information, or use the storefront for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any purchase-related claim shall not exceed the order value paid for the relevant product. Vyaparify bears no liability for product quality, delivery, payments, or merchant conduct.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the courts at Indore. Parties should first attempt amicable resolution within 30 days of written notice.
