All purchases made at Viraj Enterprises are final. We do not offer any refunds once a product has been purchased.

We do not accept returns for any products sold, including mobile phones, accessories, or other electronic items.
🔹 Product Check:
Customers are encouraged to thoroughly check the product at the time of purchase. In case of any issues, please report them immediately at the time of billing.
🔹 Warranty Support:
For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to directly approach the respective brand’s service center for any service or repair concerns.
At Viraj Enterprises, we aim to deliver your products within 2 to 4 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST are usually processed the same day.
We currently ship across most major cities and towns in India. If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you at the time of checkout or shortly after placing the order.
