Return & Exchange Policy – iKAN

At iKAN, we strive to provide the best quality products in both our Wellness and Apparel categories. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Wellness Products (No Returns)
Due to the consumable and personal nature of our wellness products (such as supplements, herbal formulations, and health solutions), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.
In case of wrong product delivered or damaged/defective packaging at the time of delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@ikanwellness.com, and our team will assist you with a replacement.
2. Apparel Products (7-Day Exchange Policy)
For our Apparel range, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
You may request an exchange for:
Wrong size delivered.
Defective or damaged product.
Incorrect item shipped.
Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchange is available only once per order.
Customer is responsible for sending the product back to us; we will ship the replacement free of charge.
3. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange/Return
Products purchased under discounts, promotions, or clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customized or personalized apparel cannot be exchanged.
4. How to Request an Exchange
Email us at ikan.superfood@gmail.com with your Order ID, product details, and reason for exchange.
Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
5. Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds for any category.
For eligible cases (wrong/defective product), customers may opt for a replacement or store credit for future purchases.
