Delivery timelines depend on location and logistics providers. iKAN is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.
Wellness Products: Due to health and safety concerns, no returns or refunds are accepted once the package is delivered.
Apparel Products: Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for size or manufacturing defects. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
