Delivery is available within designated serviceable locations as defined by the Company.
Estimated delivery time varies based on:
Distance
Traffic
Operational load
Weather conditions
Product preparation time
Applicable only to prepaid orders.
Delay caused by customer error voids the guarantee.
In eligible cases, the order becomes free.
Minimum order: ₹240
Delivery fee: ₹50 (if applicable)
Delivery charges are non-refundable except when the Company cancels the order.
Customers must:
Provide accurate address
Remain reachable
Ensure availability at delivery location
Orders may be marked as “Failed” if:
Address is incorrect
Customer is unreachable
Customer denies delivery
Unsafe or restricted area access
The Company is not liable in such cases.

Due to the perishable nature of fish and seafood, returns are not accepted after delivery.
Quality-related complaints must be reported immediately with photo/video proof.
Cancellations are allowed only before product cleaning, cutting, or preparation begins.
Refunds are provided only in these cases:
Company cancels the order
30-minute guarantee applies
Valid and verifiable service issues
Refunds are not issued in cases caused by customer error.
Refunds will be issued only to the same payment account from which the original payment was made.
No alternative accounts will be accepted.
Refund processing may take 2–5 business days, depending on the payment provider.
