These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website, online ordering system, and delivery services provided by Live Fish Centre.
Users must be 18 years or older and must provide accurate information.
Products are fresh, natural, and perishable. Weight, size, and appearance may vary.
Prices may change without prior notice. Payment options include UPI, wallet, online transfer, or COD (if available).
Minimum order value: ₹240
Delivery charge: ₹50 (if applicable)
An order is confirmed only after availability and delivery feasibility are verified.
Delivery times are estimates. Orders marked as “Delivered” are final unless reported within 30 minutes.
Applicable only to prepaid orders. In case of delays (not caused by the customer), the order becomes free. Customer mistakes void the guarantee.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued only to the same payment account used for the transaction.
All website weights represent gross weight.
Net weight reduces after cutting/cleaning due to natural waste loss.
No disputes will be accepted regarding natural weight variation.
Due to perishability, delivered items cannot be returned. Complaints must include valid proof.
Unauthorized access, fraudulent orders, misuse, abusive behaviour, or interference with website operations is prohibited.
We are not liable for indirect losses, delays beyond control, or third-party failures.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unavoidable events such as weather, strikes, roadblocks, etc.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under Maharashtra jurisdiction.
