At Misty Twenty Twenty, we partner with Shiprocket to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders across India.
We currently ship to most pincodes in India supported by Shiprocket courier partners.
If your area is not serviceable, you will be informed at checkout.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner assigned by Shiprocket.
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
(Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, strikes, or courier issues.)
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may be available on orders above [2000] (if applicable).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment directly on the Shiprocket tracking page or through the courier partner’s site.
Courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for resending.
If your package arrives damaged, please share photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
In case of lost or excessively delayed shipments, we will coordinate with Shiprocket and courier partners to resolve the issue. Refunds/replacements will be processed as per our policy.
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

ऑर्डर 1–2 दिन में प्रोसेस होकर Shiprocket से भेजा जाता है।
मेट्रो शहरों में 3–5 दिन, छोटे शहरों में 5–7 दिन, और दूरदराज़ इलाकों में 7–10 दिन लग सकते हैं।
डिलीवरी न मिलने पर पैकेज वापस हो सकता है और दोबारा भेजने पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगेगा।

At Misty Twenty Twenty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery
The wrong product was delivered
The product is expired (for food items/spices)
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
You must raise a return/refund request within [ 3 days] of delivery.
To raise a request, contact us at [your email/WhatsApp] with your order ID, proof of issue (photo/video), and reason for return.
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened/used food products, spices, or consumables
Products without original packaging
Items purchased on clearance or marked as non-returnable
Once the return is approved and the product is received back (if applicable), a refund will be processed.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
In eligible cases, you may request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may request a return after delivery as per this Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
We will verify the claim and arrange for return pickup or replacement.

गलत, डैमेज या एक्सपायरी प्रोडक्ट पर ही रिटर्न/रिफंड मिलेगा।
रिटर्न की रिक्वेस्ट डिलीवरी के X दिनों के अंदर करनी होगी।
खोले/यूज़ किए हुए खाने के सामान या बिना पैकेजिंग वाले आइटम वापस नहीं लिए जाएंगे।
रिफंड 5–7 दिन में उसी पेमेंट मोड पर जाएगा।
ऑर्डर शिप होने से पहले कैंसिल किया जा सकता है।
डैमेज/गलत प्रोडक्ट की फोटो/वीडियो 24 घंटे में भेजनी होगी।
