1. General
TESTROS reserves the right to update or modify these terms when necessary. The terms applicable at the time of an order will govern that transaction.
2. Products & Orders
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, designs, sizes and specifications accurately. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting or manufacturing processes.
Product availability is subject to stock. TESTROS reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, technical errors, incorrect pricing or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ), quantity-based pricing, product availability and specific order conditions.
The final price, quantity, availability and applicable terms for bulk orders will be confirmed before the order is processed.
4. Custom Manufacturing
TESTROS undertakes custom clothing manufacturing in bulk quantities according to requirements mutually confirmed with the customer.
Custom orders may involve specific requirements relating to fabric, colour, design, printing, embroidery, sizing, labels, packaging and other specifications. Production will begin after the required details and order terms have been confirmed.
Once custom production has commenced, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
5. Pricing & Taxes
Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other costs will be communicated or displayed as applicable before order confirmation.
TESTROS is not responsible for pricing or listing errors caused by technical or system issues.
6. Payments
Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation or confirmation of the agreed payment arrangement for approved wholesale/custom orders.
For manual, COD or other payment methods, additional confirmation may be required before processing or dispatch.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, customization requirements, destination and logistics conditions.
Wholesale and custom manufacturing orders may have different processing and delivery timelines. The applicable timeline will be communicated during order confirmation.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this website.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact and order information. TESTROS is not responsible for delays or other issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
10. Intellectual Property
All TESTROS logos, trademarks, product images, designs, photographs, written content and other materials on this website are the property of TESTROS or are used with appropriate rights. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without prior permission.
11. Custom Designs & Customer-Provided Content
For custom manufacturing orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that designs, logos, artwork, trademarks or other materials supplied by them are authorized for use. TESTROS will manufacture according to the specifications confirmed by the customer.
