At The Catering Hub, every dish is freshly prepared as per confirmed orders. Hence, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

The event is canceled more than 7 days in advance.

The Catering Hub fails to deliver the confirmed service due to internal reasons.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Cancellations within 3 days of the event date.

Partial consumption or dissatisfaction based on personal taste.

Client’s delay or unavailability at the venue.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
