Terms and Condition

Welcome to The Catering Hub, your trusted catering partner in Bangalore.

By booking our services or making a payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Menu & Pricing

Our menu starts from ₹350/- and goes upto 2000/- per plate for a minimum guest count of 100.

For events with fewer than 100 guests, per-plate rates will differ based on menu and service type.

Prices are inclusive of service and preparation charges unless stated otherwise.

2. Booking & Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

Remaining payment must be cleared on or before the event day.

All payments are accepted via PhonePe, UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeline may result in booking cancellation.

3. Menu Finalization & Changes

Final menu selection should be confirmed at least 5 days before the event date.

Changes made after confirmation may affect pricing or service timelines.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a partial refund (subject to deductions).

Cancellations within 3 days of the event date will not be eligible for any refund.

Postponements or rescheduling will be handled based on availability.

5. Event & Service Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing access to water, power supply, and sufficient space for food setup.

The Catering Hub ensures hygienic food preparation, professional staff, and timely delivery.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party interference, weather, or venue issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

We maintain high standards in food safety and service quality. However, we are not liable for:

Any illness, loss, or damage arising from improper food handling after delivery.

Events or situations beyond our control (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, menu design, and brand materials, are the property of The Catering Hub. Reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.
