1. Ultra-Fast Delivery Timeframes The Fashnora is built for speed. We specialize in bringing the fitting room to your doorstep on the exact same day.
Express Delivery: Most orders are picked up and delivered within 60 to 120 minutes of order confirmation.
Same-Day Guarantee: All orders placed within our active operating hours will be delivered on the same day.
2. Operating Hours Our delivery fleet is active from [10:00 AM to 10:00 PM], 7 days a week.
Note: Orders placed after our operating hours will be prioritized and delivered first thing the next morning.
3. Delivery Charges Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on the distance between the vendor's boutique and your drop-off location.
The exact delivery fee will be transparently displayed on your checkout page before you make a payment.
We frequently offer Free Delivery on orders exceeding a specific cart value or during special promotional campaigns.
4. Serviceability & Delivery Areas Currently, our lightning-fast delivery is available exclusively within [Your City Name, e.g., Delhi/NCR / Mumbai]. You can easily verify if we deliver to your specific area by entering your address or using the GPS "Use Current Location" feature on our app.
5. Live Order Tracking We believe in complete transparency. Once your order is confirmed and handed over to our delivery partner (rider):
You will get access to Live GPS Tracking on the map inside The Fashnora app.
You will receive real-time notifications/SMS when your order is out for delivery and when the rider arrives at your location.
6. Unsuccessful or Failed Deliveries Our rider will call you upon reaching your address. If you are unreachable or unavailable to receive the package after a waiting period of 10-15 minutes, the delivery will be marked as "Failed" and returned to the vendor.
In such cases, a nominal cancellation or return logistics fee may be deducted from your refund.
7. Exceptional Delays While we strive to beat the clock, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, roadblocks, or extreme traffic may occasionally cause delays. In such rare events, our customer support team will proactively keep you updated on your revised delivery time.
Return and Refund Policy for The Fashnora
1. Return Window We want you to absolutely love what you wear! If the fit isn't right or you change your mind, you can easily initiate a return within [3 Days] of receiving your delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original price tags, brand tags, and labels must be completely intact and still attached to the garment.
The item must be returned in its original brand packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items For strict hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories of items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Lingerie, underwear, and shapewear
Swimwear
Socks and hosiery
Jewelry and hair accessories
4. How to Initiate a Return
Open The Fashnora App and go to the "My Orders" section.
Select the specific order and click on "Request Return".
Select a valid reason for your return. (You may be asked to upload a quick photo of the product).
Once approved, a return pickup will be scheduled.
5. Doorstep Return Pickup Just like our instant deliveries, we make returns hassle-free. Our delivery rider will arrive at your address to pick up the return package.
Please note: A nominal reverse-pickup logistics fee of [₹49 / ₹99] may be deducted from your final refund amount.
6. Quality Check & Refund Process
Once the rider returns the item to the respective vendor, a quick quality check is performed to verify the tags and condition.
If the item passes the quality check, your refund is processed immediately.
The refund amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or you can choose an instant refund to your Fashnora Wallet for your next purchase.
7. Damaged or Wrong Item Received If you accidentally receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund (including all delivery charges).
