1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using The Fashnora platform (website and mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description The Fashnora acts as a technology platform connecting customers with local fashion vendors, boutiques, and brands. We facilitate the ordering process and provide same-day delivery logistics through our independent delivery partners (riders). We do not manufacture or directly own the apparel sold on the platform unless explicitly stated.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (OTP, passwords).
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, specifically your delivery address and active phone number.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
All orders are subject to stock availability at the partner vendor's store.
Prices displayed on the app are set by the vendors. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a pricing error.
Payments must be made securely through the provided online payment methods during checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on your location and order value.
5. Delivery Policy
Same-Day Guarantee: We strive to deliver your fashion orders within hours on the same day. However, delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by severe weather, heavy traffic, or delays from the vendor.
Receiving Orders: You or an authorized person must be present at the delivery location. If a delivery fails because you were unreachable, you may be charged a cancellation/delivery fee.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations: You may cancel an order free of charge only before the vendor has accepted or started packing the order.
Returns: Return eligibility depends on the specific policy of the vendor from whom the item was purchased (e.g., hygiene items like lingerie may not be returnable).
Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
7. Prohibited Conduct Users agree not to:
Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
Misbehave with, harass, or abuse our delivery riders, vendor partners, or support staff.
Tamper with the app's software or attempt to hack our systems.
8. Limitation of Liability While we strive for a perfect experience, The Fashnora is not liable for manufacturing defects, color discrepancies, or fitting issues of the products, as we are a delivery aggregator. However, we will act as a mediator to help resolve any disputes between you and the vendor.
9. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
